Pictured below at 22 months old, Kate is a beautiful girl with a sassy temperament. She's got lots of personality! Kate has a gorgeous head and expression and wonderful type. She is very sound with lots of reach and drive. She has fabulous shoulders, nice short hocks, and a great topline. At the Waco TX shows, Kate won her first point over adult competition at 6 months and only 5 days old! I can't wait to see what the future holds for her!
The sun shines on Kate in Arizona as she goes Best in Sweepstakes at the English Setter Club of Phoenix Specialty March 1, 2007. Later that same day she won Best Puppy In Specialty . At the English Setter Club of Phoenix Specialty the following day Kate earned the Best Puppy In Specialty award for the second time. She also went Reserve Winners Bitch twice over the Specialty supported weekend.
We are delighted to mention that Kate made the cut in the large (34) 12-18 mo bitch class at the ESAA National in Cincinnati. While she recently blew her puppy coat out, it was great that she was still considered for this honor under judge Edd Bivin.
Kate and Sawyer went for a roadtrip to Phoenix for the second year in a row.
She went reserve to the major on the third day, and showed well.
At the Lone Star Specialty on March 14, 2008, Kate was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners for her first major! The following day she was Winners Bitch again, winning her second Major. She is now on 13 points!
Great News!! Kate finished her American Championship with a Winners Bitch, BOS over a bitch special under judge Carole Tobin Murray. We are so thrilled!
